The media could not be loaded. Very nice quality, well built, silent and accurate. The design is sleek and classy, and the clock face is large enough that I can easily see the time from across the room. The time and alarm were easy to set, the backlight is bright enough, dimmable, and very pleasant to the eye. Overall, this is definitely a great alarm clock to have. Recommended.

This is a decent, classically styled alarm clock from Braun. It takes 3x AA batteries. It recommends alkaline batteries but I have used re-chargeables with no issues. The time is a bit fiddly to set and the minute hand seems to jump between numbers so it can be a bit annoying trying to set the correct minute. I use it as a bedside alarm clock. When it’s dark the display self illuminates in a low level orange light. It’s restful and very easy on the eyes to glance at in the night. The alarm is a high pitched beep variety which I find quite jarring, but it does the job. This is a good quality alarm clock which, because of its size, makes it particularly good for travel. It keeps time well but is perhaps a little expensive for what it is.

This clock is fantastic for learning time! The clear markings for “quarter past,” “half past,” and “quarter to” make it really easy to read, and the continuous backlight is gentle at night without being too bright. The alarm has a pleasant crescendo tone that’s enough to wake you up without being jarring. It’s quiet and sturdy, perfect for a child’s room or anyone looking to learn analog time. Highly recommend for both its design and functionality!

Well it's aqully the most pathetic clockI have ever bought. 1it doesn't take aa.bat. so they just ripped you off. Saying that you need that size bat. That's behind the joke. I would rather use my apple watch. Ate least I can depend on my watch.

And you need LR6 batteries x three.Was hoping to use this to help in teaching kids how to tell time the easy way.This clock was £35 at order time.Kids eyesight is good, but a bigger clock and rechargeable would have been appropriate.Definitely not easy to read if you don’t have it close and good vision.

This alarm clock is a very simple design, which I like. I am quite overwhelmed by all the additional features that are nowadays added literally to everything! Don't get me wrong I do value the advancement in technology, but a simple beside clock in my opinion does not require too many flash additions and this clock fits the bill in that regard. I love the option to have the backlight on continually or this can be turned off and just turned on as and when required, which is my preference, as I am quite sensitive to light and a light sleeper. However, the things that I was not impressed by was how tricky it was to install the batteries. It would help if the battery placement symbols were in a different colour other than white, as I had to use a light and magnifying glass to fit them correctly (And I am middle aged-so God help anyone older!). Also setting the time in a particular direction on the back is a bit fiddly too, especially if you have bigger hands, I would imagine this to be less then ideal, but thankfully once you set it you can forget it. It loses a star for these reasons, but otherwise I really like the simple, clean design.
