Once you get the hang of it ,it's pretty easy and comfortable. I'm a big guy and you can't tell if I'm wearing it.. now I would never wear this outside but if you had to its great. Start with low tension..rome wasn't build in a day.

Not bad if you have a high pain tolerance but honesty buy a penis pump way better investment and it’s comfortable to use this thing you have to use it soft kinda sucks and a penis pump you can use it hard and all the bold makes for a thick dick I originally bought this product to increase the length of my penis while I was increasing the girth of my penis but through personal experience the penis pump is superior

Need better instructions

I was skeptical about devices like this. Especially the ones with a suction cup for the head you have to attach beffore using this stretcher. This one comes with a thick silicone string that's inserted into a foam tube. This is the only part that you use to attach to the tool. It's a much more simpified version and a better one in my opinion. I actually prefer it with just the silicone string. It's about as thick as any c-ring you'll find on the markert. I've been wearing it for a few days now at an hour at a time. I hardly notice I'm wearing it. They say you can wear this outside, but only if you're wearing a very loose set of baggy pants with a long coat to cover.This came with 6 extra sections of extionsion screws of varrying lengths in pairs. It's recommended to use this in a flacid state but it's easily used after a round of pumping as long as you can fit it through the black base. This could be helpful to anyone trying to straighten out a curve. Overall great product. Great value for the price listed.

Worst device. Don't waste your money. The thing broke just removing it from the box. Does not stap put even when sedentary. Save your money a get a quality one. P. S. Whatch out it DOES BIYE AND WILL DRAW BLOOD. I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE.
