I was intimidated opening the package, but found it easy to use after a few trial and error. I've read other reviews about the quality of the pump and screw - will keep this in mind. It does seem tight and was uncomfortable at first, but quickly adjusted. I am using the product as part of my Foreskin resoration efforts, feels like it will be a good addition for the maintained stretching tension on the shaft skin.

Garbage! It lasted 2 days before the screw, to which the straps attach, to pull out and strip rendering it completely useless. Aside from that, this gadget is difficult and frustrating to put on. Perhaps if it had lasted longer I would have developed an easier way of doing it. I always considered myself on the Slimmer side girthwise but this thing is literally made for someone with a pencil d***. Trying to get that silicone sleeve on is like trying to shove a telephone pole in a gopher hole. If you're a really girthy guy you probably wouldn't even want to try. One good thing I will say though is that if you do succeed at getting it on, that sucker will stay. The suction is really good and your boy stays put. I'm not a fan of the methods of attachment. I didn't feel like the waist strap gave enough attention and the neck strap hurts your neck if you pull it tight enough where you feel like you're actually getting a good stretch. I think they would do much better to include a leg strap. 20 bucks wasted and another lesson learned I hope. Oh what the heck am I saying. Most likely not. I'm sure I'll waste some more

If used Ads before and this one is ok, I'd recommend some skin softener creme and periodically taking breaks and and longer sleeve, especially if you in the thicker side of things

Had high expectations for comfort and being able to wear it discreetly. In no was it wearing in the pictures shown. Either way. But it's good for parts. I made a leg band to strap the main peice to an wear it for a few hours. With a little more tlc I think it'll be good to go. The pump itself an maybe a strap is worth the price. The screw on the pump will come out an break. So gorilla glue it or use something else as I did. They could make this a leg strap design an save cost on production an the product would work they they want it too. Figured I'd give my 2 cents being there aren't many options on this subject on Amazon an it's costly elsewhere. A little enginuity an I think it's worth it, good luck boys.

Though it may appear complicated. This device is very easy to used. The design & functionality is what makes it great. It is very comfortable, durable, & light weight. It comes with simple, easy to understand directions. Device can be discreetly worn under clothes throughout the day. I definitely recommend the useful & convenient device.

-4 stars. The screw pulled right out my first use. The glans protector is horrible extremely unstable vs the ones that you can buy buy the pack on here. I tried gorilla gluing the screw in with a dab and the glans protector on it instead of returning it, but most of the glue pulled right off the crevest of the glans and the cup also the cup and protector are sticky as crap as not safe to put on myself, even after letting the gorilla dry almost 24 hours. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE THAT USE VACUUM CUPS OR ANYTHING OTHER JUST THAN TRACTION, NOT ON AMAZON!!!!! THINKING ITS KIND OF LIKE THE ONES YOU SAW ON YOUTUBE THAT ARE $287?? I DID TOO THEY ARE NOT, NOT EVEN USABLE!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT LEGALLY BE ABLE TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS BECAUSE HOW EASILY THEY COME APART JUST FROM PUTTING THEM ON!!!!

The silicone sleeve absolutely won’t fit. If you order this, order an extra set of silicone sleeves, and make sure they have various sizes. No matter how hard you try, the sleeve is too narrow/small. When you do get it on, it hurts. Expecting that, I ordered another set of sleeves the same day I ordered this, so I didn’t have to wait more time for sleeves to come. Besides the small sleeve, the device does what you’d hope it would. I have no complaints at the moment, but it’s only been a day.

What are you waiting for, this is the one I’ve been looking for, you can use it for multiple purposes, while you’re stretching it also makes it look to the right direction, no pain easy to use it, best quality on Amazon and it’s very and not heavy.
