Adaptor is not providing any voltage
The product is not working at all. I cut the cable to my desire lenght and installed it. Then I realized the ring door is not getting charged. After removing the adaptor , I checked the voltage but there was nothing. I'm not sure I can return it or not since i cut the cable assuming it should work.
