Considering how difficult it is finding simple Knorr fish cubes in UK shops, this just is perfect when ever I cook my fish stews.

Best Fish Stock
Brilliant! I was sceptical about this but the stock cube ‘alternative’ is so dire I thought it worth a try. It’s the nearest thing to freshly home made fish stock and that is a bit of a performance even if you can get the necessary fresh ingredients.I’ve used it in a shellfish paella and linguine vongole and it’s excellent.
