The reviews had me worried but the website pictures showed the issues had been resolved. I’m happy I purchased it!!! I’m only returning the small size because I want the medium size. The small option is just too small for even my minimalist card holder wallet. I like to carry hand sanitizer, lip gloss and tissue which won’t fit in the small. GET THIS ITEM! The quality is nice and the hardware seems sturdy.

Great when you don’t want to carry a purse. It has a little purse attached for cards and with a zipper area to put glasses or sunglasses. Just what I was looking for.

I bought this for a trip to Hawaii. I didn’t want to carry a purse everywhere and I wanted something to keep my phone secure when taking pictures. It was more comfortable to wear than a crossbody fanny pack but I did have some items fall out when taking my wallet out of the small pouch a few times. The pouch it just big enough for lip gloss, cash, a small wallet, and maybe a dose of emergency Tylenol or something small. I would use it again.

Update: I wanted to come back and say how impressed I am with this store and experience. I posted my original 2 star review (listed below) and the store immediately reached out to correct the situation. They offered me a refund or the opportunity to reorder. I reordered. The item arrived in just a couple of days, with all the pieces described and I am really glad I tried again. This is a small cross body bag but it fits my keys and a small wallet insert with drivers license and a couple credit cards. 5 stars for the product and for the customer service. Thank you😊Original review: So disappointed Showed up without wrist strap and without either phone attachment. I could have maybe lived with that except the pouch isn't big enough for my phone. I chose this cross body phone/pouch because the bag didn't hang off the strap. I still really like the design. The pouch is really well attached. Took my phone out of case so I could take picture. Returning it now!

I purchased April 5, 2025 by May 17, 2025 the crossbody phone holder began unraveling. They should make these with better quality sewn on loops. Let's see if they will replace this one. Keep yall updated. It was 5 stars but now only 1 star.

I bought this as a gift for my 62 year old mom and was really excited for her to use it. Sharing her age so that the audience understands that she is more careful with her belongings and doesn't throw things around, drag stuff, etc. She only used it for a short time and the bag loops began to fray until it was literally held by a string. My return window has closed and I am not willing to buy it again. Hope others have better luck than I did.UPDATE:The seller promptly contacted me after my post and offered a full refund or a replacement with the improved design for this product. My mom opted to give them a second chance so we were provided with two different products. One was the exact same from the original purchase. The second was the "improved" design which was a smaller pouch but more features on the strap. For example, there were loops along the crossbody strap to put pens. There was a clasp included in the strap to attach something like a keyring or something. Not sure if it would support a small water bottle. I raised my initial rating to three stars because the vendor was very responsive and eager to resolve my issue.

Keeps me from losing my phone when I’m out and about. Life saver when visiting amusement parks.

I purchased this product on January 12 and have used it only twice. Today, I noticed that it is starting to tear apart.Update!!!!After speaking with the seller, they informed me that they had made updates to the product and sent me a new one. I'm pleased to say that the quality has definitely improved! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they put into making things right.
