I've had these for a while now and have done a fair bit of walking in the local countryside which I'm lucky enough to have right from my front door. I've found them to give very good support while not slipping or being uncomfortable and I'm not really aware that I'm wearing them while out walking and have on several occasions left them on all day without any discomfort.The 3 Velcro straps on each support are strong, if they remain so over time has yet to be discovered but for a reasonable price these have proved to be a good buy.

There ok and do what i want them for

I've had a few issues with my knee when lifting / squatting at the gym, so bought these as a precautionary measure. They seem to have really helped. They stay out ones on, provide good support and are comfortable and flexible enough to put on and walk to the gym in. Great value compared to buying on the high street.

Very tight on your knee if you need something to keep it in place

I got these for the love of my life as she's having difficulty at work with her knees, but they don't go around her leg as she has big muscular thighs and calves. They do however just about fit me so they'll get some use,and no I didn't plan it that way.
