My wife recently tried the PMS Period Relief Gummies, and overall, I’m quite impressed with the product. Each serving contains 2000mg of magnesium along with key vitamins like B6, E, D3, and herbal ingredients like Dong Quai and Chasteberry Extract—all aimed at supporting women’s health during their cycle.The taste is really good, which makes them easy to take consistently. The packaging was standard but secure, and everything arrived in good condition. While there is a slight aftertaste that may not be for everyone, the gummies go down smoothly and are pleasant overall.The price is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the clean ingredient list—non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. She's noticed some positive effects in terms of comfort and mood, so I’d say it does the job well.She gives this product 4 out of 5 stars. Appearance: the packaging is colourful and clear, geared toward the femme side of the market (well, those that like pink...) and frankly, I thought the little heart shaped vitamins were adorable!Taste/texture: these tasted really quite good... a berry type flavour, but not overly sweet! The texture is almost like a Strawb, chewy with a little bit of bite, but can get stuck in your teeth. The issue for me? Sparked a desire for more sugary treats throughout the day...Ingredients: (I am not a nutritionist or dr) the ingredients themselves seem conducive to the goals of PMS support, but the DV% are quite low (outside of vitamin E) which would infer that if you had severe PMS symptoms this product wouldn't actually be that effective - and if you are looking for a product like this, then you'd likely have moderate to severe symptoms. In which case, you'd probably want to supplement with other products which doesn't make this the best option or product for you. Although if you are already taking a multivitamin, you'd likely get your daily intake of the majority of the ingredients from that.Overall, branding, taste and flavour were good, however if you have severe PMS this may not be the product for you due to the low doses of ingredients which would have the most impact on the symptoms.

A good bottle of "pms gummies". Essentially a multivitamin for women, I take these every day. They seem to work after around a week. One bottle lasts 30 days if taken regularly as 2 per day. Good ingredients, only issue is slight aftertaste. Good value, overall reccomended

These pms gummies which are hormonal balance gummies arrived nicely packed in a plastic bottle.The gummies are so cute and small which look so adorable. The taste is very nice and are easy to chew. I prefer gummy style supplements because they are much easier to take. You don’t need water to swallow them . I used to buy pms hormonal balance tablets but never took them because forgot to take them or was just too lazy to get some water and take it.I have definitely seen an improvement in my pms. My mood is much better and have less bloating.Highly recommended and greatly priced.
