A1 product I've had others but not as good as this one realy good i recommended it to work colleagues

On opening the box I immediately noticed the volume switch was missing the chrome effect cover but was not initially too concerned. The unit was simple to connect and a test call confirmed that the call quality was good. However if I touched the headset or moved my head quickly or simply walking along, I could hear an extremely irritating 'click, click, click' in my ear. This was as a result of the missing chrome effect cover which allowed the plastic switch to rattle around in the housing. On closer inspection I could see down into the body of the microphone arm (see picture) which raised concerns as the unit is clearly not 'waterproof' as advertised and will also let dust etc into the body of the unit. I would not give this headset long in the day of a truck driver such as myself or any day to day situation where you might need this headset. I was expecting this to be a simple return and replace issue but the second headset delivered had exactly the same problem.All of the advertising pictures show the unit with a chrome effect cover - even the picture on the box!Perhaps I'm expecting too much from such a cheap unit? I've paid a lot more in the past for Plantronics and Jabra sets and guess I will have to dig a little deeper in my pockets once again - Of course, even the expensive headsets are much cheaper than the fine for not being handsfree!It seems such a shame to leave a poor review for a headset that works well but is let down by poor quality control.

Size too big, the speaker is tiny and on an angle so not very comfortable. The ear hook is too large so the bud and boom don’t sit stable. Sound quality not great either

Very easy to pair with the phone, work excellent and it is very light. Fits perfect,once charged last a long time and seems durable. It's comfortable too. Very happy with the purchase!
