I've been using this chair for the past two weeks. It's sturdy and ergonomic. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to the provided manual, and I was able to put it together in an hour. The backrest height is adjustable during assembly, allowing for customization based on the user's height, which makes it comfortable for extended periods.I didn't find the adjustable lumbar support particularly useful; even at the highest setting, the support felt inadequate. However, the ability to lock the lumbar support in place is very convenient.Overall, it's a great product, and I would recommend it.

Excellent chair ease of use back support ans smooth movement and recline stability and laptop desk is cherry on cake , exactly same as described. Working on laptop with this chair feels soo comfirt , build quality is very good

The product is excellent one and completely satisfied with the performance of the chair. It is absolutely comfortable especially for some one who sits for hours especially in office. Very well designed... You will appreciate once used. Unfortunately, a small latch provided on the left arm rest was broken, but it was promptly addressed by the customer care,especially by Mrs. Anand hi and a brand new Arm rest was despatched very next day. I sincerely appreciate the efforts taken by the customer care team and their prompt response. Highly commendable job by the team. Hats off.

It's false advertising. The image says that the headrest moves back and forth. However, it is fixed. And does not love back and forth.Also, the tray delivered to me was damaged.I had to place a return order for the product, however, the return / replacement process does not work. So, I am stuck with this product, which is not ideal at all.

The product was as advertised and the assembly process was easy as well.The chair is very comfortable to sit for long hours and does not cause any discomfort.

I love this chair - it's better than the steelcase chair I had earlier for my home office.It has ample back support, great finish and comfy texture of the seat cloth and supportive armrests.Caution: Don't try to install the chair yourself - it takes 2-3 hours to get it right. Get a professional to do it, or get it through Amazon.I like that armrests can move from side to side - not many chairs have that feature.The only big negative I can think of is the chair seat doesn't move forward enough. For tall folks, that's essential for seating comfort.The one missing feature is the forward movement of the headrest - you have to bend too far back to get neck support, which makes the headrest kind of useless.The adaptive lumbar support feature is gimmicky and doesn't do much. You will pretty much select the default setting for it.The cool feature is being able to adjust the height of the backrest - I like the bend of the backrest to be near my lower spine for better support - you can achieve that with this chair.All in all, it's a great office chair.
