Laptop did not start...not booting up.
Laptop didn't boot up, the charger they give is not hp company, and when in call with reseller, he did confirm battery and charger will not be original.I feel it's a second hand laptop, with cheap hardware, to make look config as waaaw. I am not 100% sure about it....!! Just speculating.My laptop didn't boot up, did all the troubleshooting the reseller requested, finally he got tiered and told to return back the laptop.

Good Product !
The laptop works great . One of the screen corner has crack .. but I guess one can live with that for the configuration this machine has .. affordable price I think.
