A pretty good gift idea for boy. my son love the blanket very much. The fluff is particularly fluffy after being washed again. My son likes to take it everywhere. Very suitable for boys who like games, especially the slogan "game on boy".

I'm not sure how long the novelty will last, but my grandkids were mesmerized when they realized their new blanket glowed in the dark. Now they want to use it all the time, even when watching TV in the daytime. Of course, they have learned that to more light it gets during the day the more it shines at night, so that may have something to do with it. Did I mention it is also warm and soft? That's right, it's a blanket, but the kids are more impressed with the glow-in-the-dark feature.

This is a larger sized throw blanket with "gamer" designs. While it's super soft it's also extremely thin, the areas where the designs are scratchy as well. No issues with a quick wash and dry cycle; very little fuzz, no loose threads or color fading. A bit hard to get accurate measurements but covered the bottom section of my queen mattress. Leaving it flat on my bed for a few hours to remain in the light didn't give much of the glow in the dark effect I was expecting.

The blanket came vaccum sealed in plastic and it had a very unpleasant smell. Also before washing it, it didn't feel right, like it was almost slick in texture. After running it through the washer and dryer, the smell completely went away and it felt very soft and fluffy but still on the thin and light side.Luckily, it was cold last night so I gave it a try and it barley covered me from chin to toes (I'm 5'10") but it did keep me very warm.I took a star off because it's state of arrival.On a side note, I didn't get the chance to try out the glow-in-the-dark aspect but when I do, I'll update my review.

The blanket is very nice, looks cool and has a nice touch feel, the glow in the dark is very very fainted to be honest is barely noticeable unless you have it in pitch dark, but still is a very good product and I highly recommend.
