Great power station
I recently purchased this power station, and it's proven to be a reliable so far. The build quality is impressive, with a strong aluminum body and carrying case that fits perfectly.I've tested a few charging modes. The PD port delivers maximum charging speed for my Pixel 8 Pro, and I was pleased to find it can handle my 65W laptop charger without any issues. Making it perfect for keeping multiple devices powered during camping trips or emergencies.I appreciate the manufacturer's transparency about the power specifications. They clearly display the mAh capacity and voltage conversion information, which isn't always the case with similar products. The small cooling fan only activates when using the AC inverter, and it runs quietly. The rest of the time, the unit operates silently. The included fast charger and USB-C cable are quality additions that add value to the package. The bright built-in torch is bright. The power bank has proven itself to be useful to me it's portable and plenty powerful enough for me

Needs improvement
Portable Laptop Power Bank, AC Portable Power Station with 31200mAh/120W - price when reviewed £85.99This is such a frustrating item to review: I really wanted to give it five stars as it is an excellent device in most ways. It seems nicely manufactured and put together - and has a very solid feel. The capacity seems as close to that stated as these items ever are - the ‘useful’ capacity is about 70% of the stated capacity. In testing it ran a 230 volt table light with a 20W bulb in it for about five and a half hours. The voltage was pretty stable through the discharge and gradually reduced to about 218 volts just before running out of power. The USB A and C outlets charge devices, just as you would expect them to. The light is a useful addition for power cuts or for making connections in dark corners. So here comes the BUT: The 230 volt socket is simply unsafe - it is unshuttered so there is no protection in front of the live conductors inside. I can easily touch the metal of the conductors with my little finger (large man’s hand). Handled by an adult who knows what they are doing, this is not a problem, but in the hands of children or the vulnerable, the device is positively dangerous. Hopefully you can see this for yourself by looking at my photographs.I think the problem is caused by attempting to design the socket to take several designs of country-specific plugs. This also makes the socket somewhat fiddly used with UK shrouded-pin plugs, which need a bit of ‘giggling’ to get them to work. My suggestion for the manufacturer would be to supply the item with a good quality proprietary 230V socket, and also supply country-specific adapters for users to connect their equipment. If you choose to buy this item, please note the above safety concerns and be careful operating it. I will continue to use it with care - it will be great for power cuts, and for recharging drone batteries in the car.

didn't work; potential safety issues
This unit did not operate from the UK plug. As other reviews have noted, there are some serious design failings in this part of the device which could present issues around proper grounding. It's a hard pass from me.

Out-Of-Specification AC Socket (UK Plugs Don't Make Good Contact), Non-Shuttered Mains Terminals
The media could not be loaded. While the general build and USB functionality of this battery bank is okay, I DO NOT recommend it due to serious issues associated with the AC socket.I knew the AC socket was going to be 'non-compliant' from the photos (as it clearly has no earth-activated shutters for the live and neutral pins); but I did not anticipate that it would be so far out-of-spec that standard mains plugs (and even the AC charger supplied with it) won't it fit properly. If you just plug in a normal UK mains plug, it won't work. No power reaches the plugged-in device. At first I thought it was just faulty; but it's worse than that. The problem is essentially the depth of the earth, live and neutral sockets. When any standard plug is inserted, the earth pin hits the end of the unit's socket and forces the plug to protrude by a few millimetres. More problematically, the live and neutral pins do not make good contract with the socket when 'fully' inserted, so the measured voltage output is zero or close to zero volts, rather than the expected 230V. This is why my plugged-in device didn't work initially. If you pull the plug out a few more millimetres, it starts making contact and returns 220V.My attached video demonstrates this issue.Obviously such an unreliable connection on a mains-voltage device is going to be a very bad thing; potentially causing arcing and enough resistance/heat to melt the unit or worse. Additionally, having to pull the plug out slightly to maintain a good connection means potentially exposed mains voltages. In my annotated photo, you can see where I actually managed to position the plug such that this was the case, with 220V measurable outside the unit on the slightly-exposed pins.Admittedly this is unlikely in normal use; but the fact it is possible at all demonstrates why proper UK sockets are designed the way they are.Ignoring these issues for the moment and looking at the rest of the unit; the 'PD' port achieves super-speed charging with my Samsung devices. It also identifies as a 65W charger to my Thinkpad, which matches the specification. The 'out' port reports as 15W on my Thinkpad, but 9W on my phone. Generally I'm pleased with the USB-charging performance. The cooling fan only comes on when the AC output is used. USB charging/discharging runs silently. It appears to be possible to charge the bank and another device at the same time; though since charging is done through the 'PD' port, you'll be limited to 12-15W from the 'out' port.If this was just a USB battery bank I'd actually be rather pleased with it; the aluminium shell is robust and the plastic parts are fine; if not perfect. I like the form-factor too. The supplied hard-case is a lovely addition and the unit as a whole looks and feels rather smart. However the non-functional/unreliable/unsafe AC socket makes this one to skip.
