I've used it for quite a while now mainly for getting to classes on campus. Battery has a decent life time, I did notice that as the battery gets lower so does the power output.Its very simple to use, comfortable to ride and functions just as expected! Also, its VERY fast, if your going downhill do not go full throttle because I reached over 30 mph and accidently hit the front brake instead of the back brake. Thankfully I had a helmet because I went right over the handle bars! Wear a helmet!!I will say that if your a shorter person, like myself, its a BIT on the taller side so make sure you look at the size specifications of the bike before ordering. For me the size is fine and I can get on no problem, I can only touch the floor on my tip toes.Anyway, it works great and I love it!

Sturdy bike, smoother ride for this senior. The only complication was the assembly- the link to the video was just a link to dozens of short videos for various bikes by this manufacturer. Otherwise, loved my first ride!

Received this bike with a missing cover over the hub which protects the wiring. Also came with a battery that was dead and would not charge. Contacted ACTBEST and they had me make videos of the issues and with me testing the battery with a multi-meter. They decided to send a new bike for replacement. Different color but still a new replacement. This company is the real deal and stand behind their product.The fun came when we started riding these bikes. They handle well and have a LOT of power.Overall we are satisfied.

Although it has a couple scratches, everything came as described and works great 👍🏼. Super powerful ebikes. Very quiet. The color is stunning.

I had high hopes for this bike but am very disappointed. After it taking almost a month to arrive, it is inoperable. The battery is completely dead. I tried charging it. The charge indicator was initially red and after a few hours turned to green. But the battery does not register a charge and the bike will not turn on.Additionally, there are several mechanical and cosmetic issues with the bike. There is a significant scratch on the frame that makes me think that maybe this was wrecked and returned. And the bike will not shift into 4th gear. It slides back and forth between three and five - very frustrating, since this is an important mid-range gear. It also wouldn't go into 7th gear because the guard over the derailleur was bent and pushing down on it (bent during shipping?). We were able to correct the 7th gear issue but have not been able to resolve the 4th gear issue.Now the good (if we can fix the mechanical/electrical issues). This is a nice looking bike and has a smooth ride (I tried it out in purely manual mode to assess the brakes, gears, etc.). The seat is fairly comfortable although I have yet to ride it any distance.I will reach out to the vendor about the battery issue. Hopefully, I will get a satisfactory resolution. Will update as this progresses. Will add more pics if I can get it functional.

After a lot of research, I decided on the Actbest Mars. Love the bike, the assistance modes, foldable/portable, fairly quick to put together. Great customer service, had minor issue, and it was resolve within a couple weeks.

Didn't watch video.Charged in 4hrsSeat and handle bars height adjustments are easy.Seems good quality overall.Stiff bike, so front shocks help a lot.Controls were easy to figure out within two laps around the block.Controls are easy to reach while riding.Pedals pretty well on its own, but due to the weight, it's not like riding a quality manual bike.Fast. Top speed (22mph) feels too fast to me on my bumpy streets with traffic. 20mph is more comfortable. Wear a helmet!It has some type of "cruise control" feature on the throttle.I haven't folded it yet, but I bought it for that feature.You can pedal if you want, but you don't have to.Brake light works when you press the brake.Horn is loudStep-through design is nice.I like the removable battery.I like the security of the keys to run it.ConsSome small rattles and "play" in some of the parts. Breaks squeak a bit. Fenders rattle a bit.The throttle is the inner half of the right grip. I would have preferred a whole-grip throttle, like a motorcycle.Kickstand needs to be adjustable. Kickstand is too tall and bike can tip over easily. Kick stand is hard to reach and deploy while on the bike. This should be improved.Really, it should come with a rear-view mirror. Cars approach quickly.It should come with a small storage pouch or water bottle holder.Rides very upright, which is very different that my other bikes. I feel like I could get launched if I stopped abruptly. I'll need to get used to the geometry.Seat is ok, but could be larger and more comfortable. Same with the grips. They're ok, but could be larger for meBrakes are decent, but it does take a bit to stop at top speed. Brakes do squeak frequently.Left pedal broke after 2 weeks. Ordered some replacement aluminum pedals.Included lock is cheap and short, and seems easy to cut. I replaced with a better chain lock.In traffic, my 50cc scooter feels safer because it keeps me in the traffic flow better.Overall, I like it! I added a mirror. Need to add storage. I got a better lock. We enjoy riding it!(Still haven't yet folded it for storage...)
