Defective product
The macbook charger stopped working within 3 weeks of delivery i.e. it stopped charging/ working. I would request a replacement for the same. It just stopped charging even it was plugged in. It was charging and after some time I realised its not working. After removing and trying again, I realised the charger just stopped just like that. I would request a replacement, since its not even a month since purchase and is obviously a defective product.

Perfectly connects with 2011 MacBookPro with Megsafe-1 connector and indian sockets.
Artis megsafe charger has been life saver for me and my old MacBookPro 2011 - when the original apple charge had given up long ago and are simply too costly to replace after the warranty period had expired. Arist charger feels and looks sturdy, connects effortlessly on both ends - especially, the indian plug fits tightly enough to avoid and sparking whereas the megsafe connector snap attach to the MacBook Pro snugly. This is my second purchase after my first Artis adapter got lost. I right away ordered the same model which as earlier works works perfectly fine with my 2011 MacBook Pro.

Bought this charger 2 time both stopped working
Worst Product,I bought this charger 2 times, and after 2 months, both of the chargers stopped working. First time I thought that maybe there is some technical issue, but when I bought it a second time, then also stopped working after 2 months.Service centres are very far from the tier 2 cities, and the service is also not good, as I checked upon calling them.Don't waste your money

Value for money and good charging. The charger had some problem after 3 months and got a new one during the warranty period.Only issue is the store providing new charger is very less and need to goto the store to replace the charger. But, overall satisfied with the charger and definitely value for money more than anything.

Substandard Quality
Poor quality chargers. Replaced 2 times under warranty by sending it to their service center. The 3rd time this charger burnt my MacBook charging slot. Now the company refuses to do anything about it. Waste of time and money.
