Travelers: Season One

Brilliant.

Really gripping story looking forward to season 2

The idea is interesting. Time travelers from the future trying to fix something that is about to happen and will destroy the world as we know it.

Sci-fi like BBC used to make.

Although it is time travel, it certainly is a bit different. In a good way.

I am getting old (getting?) and I am now very hard to please, and I find taking a chance on a series I know nothing about except for reviews here....well it can be a risk, and life is too short if I am not "getting" a seies. That is the case here, so I will try to explain, and hopefully be a bit helpful. I after 3 eps a new show hasn't grabbed me I tend to give it up. I just could not accept the basic premise of the show. "Travellers" from a distant unknown, so far, future, time travel to today and occupy the bodies of people who have just died. Then live their lives but still really being the futurists. The first ep was unecesarilly violent and quite confusing, as was the second and third. It seemed to me that all our heroes were doing is solving crimes (of all kinds) just like any other cop/thriller show. I also found the cast unintereting...However, there are many 5 star reviews and opinions do and should differ. Do read the reviews and remember - My opinion is just that - not a fact. Good subtitles.

Clever and very well thoughtout si-fi.Great cast playing a variety of characters that make the series work as a whole.
