No, it is like a plaster covered gauze. When you get it wet you can layer it over a mold or armature....I use this to create sculptures. It is the same thing doctors use to make casts.

I don't think it has one. It is bandages with plaster on it. You dip it in water to activate..

Q: How fast does it set?

It sets within approximately 3-5 mins, but I would give it several hrs to really dry all the way. I use it for finger casts.
