There is no slide to secure the hose under the chin.
There is no slide to secure the hose under the chin.This could easily cause the hose to come out of your nose especially at night.I don't care about the foam ear pads. Someone screwed up royally on the manufacture of this lot.They put two cheap ear protectors on the cannula but forgot the slide to secure the hose under your chin. Without that, these are worthless.

NO SLIDE
we order this 2 times. First pkg did not have the slide to tighten product under chin, reordered after returning and still the slide is missing even though instructions tell you to tighten with slide.

Buyer BEWARE!!! These are TRASH! After 2 or 3 days of use, they LEAK & HISS at the nose piece. Absolute JUNK!!!

No cannula slider attached
Product did not have the slider for adjusting the tightness of the cannula attached. I initiated a return and the second set also were minus the slider. Recommend all stocks be returned to the manufacturer u til the problem is resolved

Comfortable
Nice, Comfortable cannulas at a good price. I get 5 for what it would cost me for a single locally. The nasal piece is soft and doesn't irritate my nose. I like that they are curved and not sticking straight in. 7 feet is all the length I need as my machine is close to my bed.
