Best performance for this price range

I purchased a 24-inch Samsung monitor expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. The monitor was delivered defective right out of the box. It wouldn’t power on despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps.I immediately contacted Amazon customer service, expecting them to take responsibility for the faulty product. To my shock, they refused to assist and instead directed me to deal with Samsung’s service center. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I bought the product from Amazon, not directly from Samsung, and it should be Amazon’s responsibility to handle defective products within the return window.Now I’m stuck dealing with a service center, wasting time and energy on something that should have been handled by Amazon. This experience has made me lose trust in Amazon’s customer support and return policy. If Amazon refuses to take responsibility for the products they sell, what’s the point of purchasing from this platform?I strongly urge Amazon to step up and ensure better post-sales service. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.

Note the following1. screen quality is quite good.2. It has no speakers built in so keep that in mind3. While you assemble loosen the 2 screws in the stand a bit otherwise it wone be adjustable
