The wireless aspect is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend getting this over a wired product. I have been using this daily for almost 2 months and no problems thus far.

I bought this for the Al pastor trompo and since we are a high volume food truck this didn’t work for us and there’s a high risk of cutting yourself when cleaning. I wouldn’t trust all of my employees with it.

My restaurants have used these for year. Only thing I need are a way to get new batteries. Some break after a while and I sent seem to find any new ones.

Does not cut so well, unfortunately I tried it out to late and was unable to return but it does not cut so well I would look for a different machine. We used it for taco meat

The media could not be loaded. It really helps to do the job faster and clean

The product is used, quite damaged. No battery charger included, no sharps. And generally does not correspond to the product that I bought.

It came without the extra serrated blade, how can i have it replaced or refunded ??
