At first this thing was hard to bend. Get the right grip and it will build muscle. It's somewhat hard but that's what it's supposed to do. A+

very easy to use it has the resistance to get u going. Getting it from Amazon saved me shipping and delivery timefrom oversees.

decent product, but very limited and for short term use
it's okay but the weight adjustment is misleading and extremely short term, it needs like a turn nob to increase resistance. you outgrow it so quickly and become cardio with the 2 settings, which is just Length which increases resistance, but also becomes much shorter, not real adjustment
