I did so much research in local market but found that there are inferior chairs that are available for 1000-1500 cheaper. So I decided to get this. First of all, there is a premium touch to it. The added heft of padding also assists. Someone wrote that the height is not very adjustable - true but it is far from being a deal breaker. I did a lot of comparisons with other brands -a) Better than most of what I could find in offline market as well as online market.b) Green Soul is definitely expensive. Make no mistake. But if you dont want the headache of buying an inferior product, you pay that 2000 rupees approx extra.c) I have purchased total four of these chairs. The other pair is 7 months or so old and work perfect for a boss cabin.d) Premium feeling in any kind of office (moderate, stylish, luxurious)Demerita) The chair is not so comfortable that you sit in it and feel wow. Those kind of chairs cost 250% of the price of this.b) Price is higherAbout Green Soul -I own chairs from them for which I paid 13,000 and though they were good, somehow they look better than their comfort. The customer service will take you from one executive to another so be careful if you want a perfect experience they might not be it.

I have been using this chair for the past few days and this is my review based on the initial impressions. I will probably update the review after a few months usage.I bought the chair for my wfh setup. The other options were either too flimsy or too expensive. I felt this chair offered the right balance. The packaging was good and the delivery was done before the expected date. The only suggestion I have is that the delivery person could have called and confirmed if I am at home since this is a big item.The assembly was quick and easy. No tools required and I was able to do it with another person's help within 5 mins. You can do it alone as well.The chair is comfortable and all the standard functions you expect out of an office chair works perfectly. Height adjustment, swirl, moving wheels are all fine. Quality looks good and there aren't any nails or screws sticking out. The back and hand support is comfortable as well. The only drawback is that in summers the leather might generate more heat. But this was something I was aware of before buying.The pre and post delivery support is also satisfactory. You will get communication through WhatsApp on the current status and open line to communicate any issues.Overall a great product with excellent support.

I’m extremely disappointed with this chair and the customer service experience. From the very beginning, I’ve had nothing but trouble. The tilting mechanism didn’t work properly, and after just a few weeks of use, the base started rusting. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but the process has been a nightmare.Firstly, no one ever picks up the phone when I try calling customer care. It's as if they just don’t care about their customers. I’ve also been emailing them for weeks, and the responses are incredibly slow and unhelpful—when I do get a reply, it’s a generic, lame response that doesn’t address the issue at all. I got a replacement chair, but it’s already developing the same issues: the tilt mechanism still doesn’t work, and the base is rusting again.I would strongly advise against buying this chair. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. At this point, I’m regretting this purchase and will never buy from this company again. Save yourself the hassle and look for a better product elsewhere.

We ordered this particular chair and the delivery was as per schedule. On assembling the same (the instructions were good, but not great) - took us a while to assemble the same. However, we realized that the chair did not tilt at the back and the height was very low. After 2 days - we decided to return the chair and raised the same...We immediately got a call from Green Soul Ergonomics. On explaining the problem to them, Mr. Gurpreet solved the issue asap. We got a replacement hydraulic. - which was higher and the solution to fix the tilting was also given. They also sent a technician to remove the old hydraulic and fix the new one - All this got done in 2-3 daysOverall, we are extremely happy wi the solutions provided ... excellent customer service

The chair is really a good comfortable one.The chair is erognomical and very comfortable .Height can be adjusted at 2 levels .The cusions didnt damage till 1.5 years. The chair is really heavy to lift .but the wheels make it easier to run on a surface in all directions .There are small sounds when rotating .The chair comes in a good big box along with the papers.It is not so difficult to install the pieces .No need to install again and again .Once installed can be used till years.The height of the back is also very good ,
