Outstanding Product!
I've been using alternative flours for several years. I use tapioca flour for my homemade tortillas. It also is a great gravy thickener. This brand is outstanding. It's fresh and tasty! Highly recommend!

I ordered the NOW Foods, Organic Tapioca Flour, Gluten-Free and Non-GMO Flour Replacement, 16-Ounce. The product came in a recloseable zip top bag. The product worked as well as my usual tapioca flour but at less than $4 is around 33% cheaper than my usual option. I will reorder at this price or lower.
