Best GF flour I've ever used
This is so much better than my last brand of GF flour. We looove this! I had Pamela's bread flour before. It was passable, but I felt like my bread and pizza dough could be much better. While nothing will ever be exactly like gluten flour, this one made the best bread and pizza we've had in the past 8 yrs gluten free. Our family has alot of us with Celiac disease, so we don't have much choice in the matter. I had no problems with the quality of the 25lb bag of flour and my dough rises perfectly every time. I made a fancy strawberry birthday cake recently and it was the best cake we have ever had by unanimous vote! I was perfect texture, moisture and flavor. Baked very well all the way through. No doughy or mushy middles like some GF flours. Only downside is cost, so buy in bulk to save at least a little money.

Best flour around, as far as gluten free, seriously nothing compares to the texture. The large quantity is great ,and much cheaper to buy in bulk as opposed to the small bags you get in the store.It works really well as a substitution to regular flour, the measurements are almost the same.There is absolutely no grainy consistency which is my biggest complaint in gluten free products. Will purchase over and over again.

I have many GF flours I use to cook with . However, when it comes to biscuits, Cup4Cup is the top Shelf flour to use .

Allows me to bake again!!
So grateful for this!!! You can make anything with it! Ive done cookies, cakes, pies, stromboli, pot stickers, crepes, waffles, french bread, pizza, biscuits, hush puppies... gluten eating people have been surprised to find that whatever they were eating was gluten free.I either use a scale or add less of the flour blend when replacing for regular flour in a recipe. So if it calls for one cup I take out around a tablespoon/cup. If the dough looks like it needs the rest go ahead and add it but I find that with things like cookies adding the entire amount called for in a regular recipe can turn out slightly on the dry side. Keeping the dough on the wet side helps with things like pizza dough and pie crust that need to be rolled out on a floured surface as that adds in a lot of excess flour as well.This product has made life with celiac so much better. It’s incredible to know I can continue to cook and bake like I did pre diagnosis. It is expensive but priceless. I’d rather pay the premium than experiment with other blends that I am not confident in like this one.Can’t recommend highly enough!

Get your GF bake on!
Been living gluten free since 2014 and this purchase is a game-changer. Don't be thrown off by the up-front price. If you bake often this is TOTALLY worth it and cheaper than buying the 2-lb bags at the store. Produces excellent gf baking results EACH time. No weird texture, no funny flavors, price per pound is good.One of these bags lasted about 6 months with regular (~weekly) baking. Worked so well that I not only use it frequently but I ordered another to restock.What are you waiting for? Give it a try.Highly recommend!
