As a chiropractor I can tell you that this is an excellent aid in cervical health. The soft cushions put pressure where it should be... on the skull and not the jaw. You can adjust to your own liking and enjoy. I would recommend to use as much as you can to increase circulation between the vertebrae and in the cervical spine overall.

Husband bought this. He’s disabled from a work injury and has terrible pain in his neck. He uses this every day and it helps TREMENDOUSLY! We are taking this on vacation w us since he can’t do without it now. Makes the difference between a bad or a great day! Quick and easy to set up and put on. Fits well even though he has a thick neck. Quality materials and comfortable!

I wanted this to work, and have debated buying one for awhile, finally bought one. It felt like it was either choking me, or smashing my teeth together which was uncomfortable. I like the idea, but It needs to be smaller or the velcro holding it together needs to be tighter or something so it doesn't try to creep up your face and squeeze your cheeks. If you try to hold it in place it pushes your upper and lower jaw together more than it stretches your neck. Maybe I have a small neck, but it didn't work for me. I was able to return it with no issues and appreciate that.

Suggested by a neck Dr. works amazing and your neck fills better after wearing if for a bit. You slowly need to work up to putting more air in neck traction.

Really helps neck pain. However it needed clearer instructions. Took time to figure it out.

Helps especially at night as I use instead of a pillow but not perfect but unable to wash them without messing them up.

Works very well for relieving neck tension. I have some vertebrae/nerve issues at the base of my neck and this helped!

I’ve only used this a handful of times. It was great when it worked. My return window expired yesterday, and today, it doesn’t hold air. I can hear the leak coming through the soft material. Great idea, poorly made.Update: company quickly sent a replacement at no cost (1 year warranty). Great service!
