The seller is running scams with reviews, all of the good reviews for this product are for bubble wrap. This item (tinnitus spray)comes with a defective pump, does not spray, and even using the drops manually does not have any effect.Edit: after using the drops three times, I got a nasty ear infection. Buyer beware!

Short acting
Very short term relief. Stops ringing for maybe an hour. It’s something to get a tiny break but not helpful enough.

pump started to fail after 3 pumps.
it seems to be helpful, problem is it stopped functioning wont squirt after one use. mechanism seems cheap and started failing after the first few pumps.
