Man! This stuff stings when you spray it in your nostrils...but apparently that's what shows it's working! My husband and son had some sort of bug which I didn't want to share. I sprayed each nostril as well as took my usual prophylactic herbs, etc. I had maybe some swollen glands, but that was it! They are still not well.

This spray is a must have.. my whole household uses it and we have not been sick nearly as much as last year. Taste is alittle bitter, but it's worth it.

Great product! If I am going to be in a large crowd or flight always use! Traveled all over Thailand, Nepal and Laos, long flights, crowded museums and kept me from getting sick!

Love the overall concept of the product, however it doesn't list it on the page it contains carrageenan. I was unpleasantly surprised when my spray was delivered on the ingredient list.I suggest a quick google search for more details. But the tldr is its been heavily linked to cause colon cancer with usage. Its often used in foods which i avoid but never seen it used in a nasal spray.Ill happily change my review if can be explained to me why this needs to be in there. Otherwise have to 1 star this as this is completely counter intuitive as a preventive care option.

Simply spray the fine mist and enjoy the purity of this product with no horrible smell or aftertaste. It is suitable for day-to-day use. The main ingredients are: Povidone Iodine, Xyltiol and Vitamin D3 - A Triple Shield, SOLUTION SPRAY! It cleans the nasal passages, and protects against colds/flu. Laboratory tested, fast acting, easy to use and long lasting. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this earlier this year, but I can't find one on Amazon (or anywhere else for that matter) that says "anti-viral" anymore. Now it's called a "nasal cleanse" but I bought it again anyway. Was it mis-labeled or did big pharma make a fuss? Anyway, so far, so good, I haven't had any URIs. I'm running out soon and will buy it again. It makes me sneeze, though, so I guess it's working.
