Thank you for your question. We do not recommend for it to be used on face, around eyes, in nose, ears or breast nipples, perianal or vaginal/genital areas.

Q: Can u use this every other day?

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using the product every other day. A patch test should be performed 24 hours before the product is used. Each time the product is used. Irritation or allergic reaction may occur with some people, even after prior use without adverse effect. Therefore, test before each use by applying product on a small part of the area where hair is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed with full application.

Q: how long should my underarm hair be before applying this product for best results?

Thank you for your question. Here are the directions for use: APPLY CREAM: Remove cap and discard seal. Turn dial to dispense cream. Smooth on using the top of the applicator, completely covering the area of unwanted hair with a thick, even layer. DO NOT RUB IN. Replace cap after use. Wash your hands immediately after application. Leave the cream on for 6 minutes, then check a small area for hair removal. Total hair removal depends on hair thickness. If the hair does not come off after 6 minutes, leave the cream on for a few minutes longer. DO NOT EXCEED 10 MINUTES of total application time. REMOVE CREAM AND HAIR: Gently wipe off the cream and hair with a damp washcloth. Do not rub. Once all hair has been removed, RINSE SKIN THROUGLY with lukewarm water. Pat dry.
