Wow this is such a fantastic item. It’s expensive but well worth it only used it a few times but skin feels looks a bit different already. The eye cooling system is so nice you can feel how cold it goes some say cooling system and you don’t feel it this system you do. Very light when wearing yet it feels heavy not when wearing. Love it because you can see out of them. Only negative thing is price goes up depending on on what colour you want. I did not mind as long as it does what its ment to do and it sure does. Very easy set up instructions and easy to use. Very happy with it all.

I have waited a few weeks to review this item so that i can give an honest opinion on it.Firstly i have to comment on how well made the device is - it feels premium, and it should do at a drop under £300!I personally have always thought these type of devices were gimmicky and never saw myself purchasing one, however i decided to take the plunge when shark released this device.The device needed charging straight out of the box, and this does take quite a long time, in my case nearly 2hrs. Charging is by USB C which is great for me.The mask it attached to a small hand held control unit by a cord, which is a little annoying at times as i found myself getting tangled! I decided to scrunch up the cord to make it shorter.There are 4 cycles you can choose from programmed into the handset, blemish repair mode, anti-aging, eye revive and skin sustain. Each one of these modes sets the LED's and time according to the programme. I have been using the blemish repair mode and my partner the anti aging mode.The mask has a bit of weight to it, but is surprisingly comfortable to wear, the head straps are fully adjustable so you can balance the mask perfectly. Once the programme is selected on the handset via the intuitive LCD screen the device kicks into life. The LEDS are bright!! Especially the red ones - you really do notice them when you first switch on the device, but you soon get used to them. You face is not fully enclosed, there are two eye holes, nose and mouth holes, so no claustrophobia! Breathing in the mask was easy, with no steaming!The eye patches get super cold, and i mean really cold! I have it on max and my partner has it on the lowest setting. I have always suffered from baggy eyes, and i hate this about my appearance, and i can honestly say the cooling function definitely does work to reduce the dark circles and bagginess under the eyes! What i did find though is whilst the effect is visible it does not last. I missed a couple of days using this device and my dark baggy eyes returned!! It is recommended you use the device every day for 8 weeks, so maybe a full course of treatment will help with the permanency of the reduction. Included are two clip on eye plates which you can attach to make the surface area of the colling pads a little closer to your face. I did not need these however my partner did. I found the eye cooling amazing and super refreshing!The programme time varies according to the mode you select - the max time is 8 minutes, which just flies by. I love the fact i can wear the mark whilst watching my favourite programme on TV!In summary i no longer think these type of masks are gimmicky.. i am now a convert and will continue to use this mask as part of my daily skincare routine. As a bloke that seems strange to say, but i really do feel that this device has made a difference to my ever ageing skin and my baggy eyes!!Would i recommend this to others - i most certainly would, it is a well made product that actually works! My skin definitely feels better and it also looks viably better. My partner agrees and has the same thoughts that i do.The only negative about the device is the fact you can not set user profiles on the controller. I would have loved this to have been a feature as i am sure most people will share this device with other family members. Not being able to select a different user profile messes up the recording stats on use. Maybe shark can introduce that by way of an update in the near future?!One final point - when wearing the mask it just looks super cool - both my partner and i have taken many pictures of ourselves in the mark. I did think about peering through my neighbours window with it one evening - but decided against it as it could be terrifying!!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Wow!! Just wow! I have used this since it was bought for me so 9 days ago and I can not believe the difference in my skin and my deep lines are almost gone! My skin pigment is better, my skin looks younger it’s AMAZING!!

I’d been thinking about getting this mask for a few months, reading reviews and wondering if it was really worth the price tag. My verdict is, that it is worth the money. It’s a great addition to my skincare routine.I’ve always been diligent with skincare but at 44 I was starting to notice my skin getting bumpier and drier, and also the odd spot that I never used to suffer with. I noticed improvements with all of these issues after just a few days use.I’m now a month in using the blemish setting once a day and my skins is brighter, softer and noticeably less uneven, especially in the first hour or so after using. I can’t speak for the anti aging setting yet as it’s recommended you stick to one at a time for 8 weeks but the under eye treatment is definitely improving my dark circles.The mask fits fine (no issues with under eye pad placement) and comfy and easy to use.The only downsides are:• a small area on the bridge of the nose is missed by the lights due to where the eye goggles are inside the mask. I have recent red scars here which I know would have been improved by now had the the lights hit it• similarly I have been getting spots around the neck line which also isn’t covered very well. If Shark bring out a device for the neck I would definitely buy it• The battery life isn’t too bad but not as good as stated in the description. I get 3-4 usages before it needs charging• The unit tracks your usage so if you let anyone use it, it won’t be accurate. User profiles for different people would be a great improvement for future models• after use I get some red lines in my nose from the supports inside but these go within a few minutes

Great present and wife loves it

Bought this a few months ago and thought i would wait a while to see results.It's not heavy or very noisy sits comfortably on the face the eye cooling feature is great helps my puffed eyes after a busy day.After a week of using my skin started to look brighter which encouraged me to keep up with it. After about a month I could see my winkles had started to get less noticeable and people keep complementing me on how my skin has a glow to it.I'm a in my forties and have perimenopausal skin and the meds are making me have break outs so I used the blemish routine at first my skin had a purge but with regular use my spots didn't stay around as long. If your sitting on the fence about getting one I would definitely invest in one. It's cheaper then getting it done professionally but you do need to keep using it to see results.
