It takes time...
I have been taking the royal jelly for a few weeks now. Obviously, it takes some time to have a noticeable effect, and it's difficult to tell what it might be helping with. That will always be true, though, as there are so many things going on in life. Worth a try!

A must take, its amazing for the enteral body, and it also makes the best face mask I have ever tried. Leave on for 1 hour. Amazing results. However it is expensive, but worth the price in my opinion.

A Queen Bee eats only Royal Jelly!
It seems that a Queen Bee is fed ONLY royal jelly and she is living up to 7 years whereas the worker bees live only 7 weeks! Now and again I would buy this beautiful jelly to treat myself and my family like Royalty, why not! Bless the worker bees, though !Thank you to the Seller for sending it so quickly and for packaging it to perfection! And the little spoon is so cute!

Looks real, but…
the taste is slightly different (less rich). I didn't get any effect from using it. then I bought royal jelly from another manufacturer and got the effect (cough and feeling of illness went away)
