I take 1 of these every day (along with drinking coffee- I’m a bit of a caffeine junky...) and it really helps me through the day.I take a medication at night to help me with sleep and these really help battle the groggy feeling that I usually experience. These give me a much need boost of energy & focus, noticeably more so than when I am just drinking coffee.

I'm on my SECOND bottle, so that must tell you SOMETHING. Excellent customer service, great, PURE product. What's not to love? Regarding the supplement itself, I think it's great! Helps with energy early in the morning and I think the two (L-Theanine and Caffeine) work well in conjunction with each other. I mean, if I DIDN'T like it, would I be getting more? Probably not. So, there you go.

Please note that I am reviewing this product as a routine coffee drinker.For someone hoping to use the product as a replacement for my morning cup of coffee, I was disappointed. While it did provide some energy and alertness, it didn’t provide the amount that I had expected based on the product description. But I understand that my experience will be hard to generalize because everyone’s tolerance of and sensitivity to caffeine and L-theanine will be unique. Overall, it was moderately effective for me. If you’re a routine or heavy caffeine consumer, don’t expect the recommended dose to have much of an impact.

I've tried a bunch of different brands of caffeine/theanine and this one gives me the best results and is more affordable than other brands. I take one 15 minutes before a workout and it gives me consistent energy thriighi am hour long workout with calm energy the spare hours after

These gave me 😱🤯😳anxiety like something bad is about to happen, my body shakes, increases my pulse rate. They give me a feeling of extreme ☹️😫😩sadness. They keep me awake but that side effect of impending DOOM, Off they go in the trash 🚮 🙁

This is my go-to energy supplement. I take it in the morning before work rather than drinking a cup of coffee. I also take it before i go out to socialize. The theanine smooths out the energy boost of the caffeine so i don’t get the jitters or nervousness feeling i typically get from caffeine. I’ve been taking this combo for over a year now and it’s still my favorite.

I don’t often review things, but these are awful. I don’t feel any of the caffeine and by the end of the day I have the worst headache. I do not recommend these and there are better brands out there.

When it comes to supplements, there isn't much to say: the product does what it is supposed to do and not at a hyper inflated price like its competitors. The veggie capsules are absolutely fine and are not the super low quality ones I've seen from alternative suppliers (nothing inherently wrong with those capsules, but they do make it less enjoyable to swallow than the ones used by PuriSure).I did see a negative review complaining about the inclusion of silica (which is listed on the ingredient list). Contrary to what the review says, silica/silicon dioxide is recognized as safe by the FDA and the ingredient has no risk of toxicity (flushed well by your kidneys). It is likely included in the ingredients to act as an anticaking agent to avoid the powder inside the capsules from clumping together.
