Really love this hose. It is best not to store this hose in the direct sun so I gutted my Hose Box Reel. I put a 5 gal pail in it with a lid when not in use. The pivot connector takes the stress off the fabric with the improved rubber sleeve, swivels 360 degrees. I think this version has improved on issues earlier pocket hoses had. The sprayer is quality with 10 spray patterns. Just know, the yellow tag on the sprayer is incorrect, look at the booklet for actual instructions. So happy with this 75’ hose I ordered a 50’ for the back. No more lugging around heavy hoses or having to wind them up. I had read people had issues with water pressure, I did not. You need to go by the instruction booklet on the On/Off valve. The valve straight down opens the water flow, if it is not pointing down it will restrict the water flow. If anyone went by the yellow tag on the hose nozzle the hose will start to retract. Having a light weight hose has cut down my watering time considerably.

Definitely a high quality product. It's all hooked up and put to use. A couple of minor issues which would not effect my purchase of this product again are a minor leak in the 360 Degree Swivel connector and when the hose is full pressured with water it extends to it's full length. When water pressure is released the hose constricts noticably and loses many feet of length. I ordered the 75' length hose and due to the hose shrinkage the 100' would meet my needs. Time will tell how long this product's longevity lasts. Some other expanable hoses I owned did not last more then a couple of years.

I love the quality and how quickly the hose shrinks when the water is exhausted. I had other hoses similar to this and they all have developed a leak even though I bring them in for the winter. The swivel is the best thing they could have done for ease of operation. So far, great hose and great craftsmanship!

If I had a dime for every magic, expandable hose I’ve purchased over the years, I’d have at least $15.80!!!90% of them expanded but the connectors were plastic and the plastic fitting protecting the point where connector meets hose inevitably comes loose. If you have to have a pair of pliers to disconnect a hose, YOU’RE HOSED!!It doesn’t kink. The connections are a heavy copper-like material. The swivel spigot connection is a terrific idea. The spray attachment is sturdy and works well and the hose expands to the desired and advertised length. I am very happy with the product.

Let me start by saying my wife loves these hoses and stole mine for backyard watering.Bought one in 2024 and the ends of the hose and sprayer were of better quality than now. The metal looks like copper spray paint and is very light.I do like how light the hose is and it retracts nicely. Don't expect a 75' hose to retract all the way like you see on TV.I have one hose on it's 2nd season and it's doing fine. I think they are a bit too expensive for a garden hose.

I've only been using my new hose about a month. So far, it does exactly what the advertisement say it does. It's very light weight and easy to handle. The best part is, it shrinks when water is turned off; therefore, no more winding. I recommend trying it.

It came in a smaller box than I expect from what I have seen in stores But it truly is what it was said to be Placed it on the outdoor faucet. Laid it out straight. turned it on and it truly expanded to 1975 ft. Very good and easy to install.

The connections and sprinkler head are awesome. There is no guarantee on shredding nylon or whatever it is or springing a leak. If u have a wood deck, aggregatesidewalk, rough cement.....it snags and then produces spraying leaks. How can this be #1 hose on the market? Only way this hose can be used is if you set it on a tarp and pull it to where you wanted to use it. Otherwise only good for use on grass!! Terrible product!!!!!
