More power and way more distance on razor MX 650 build
We got this for my son, on his razor and he loved it. The battery gave the razor an extra 2 mph and now it has way better torque and I can do a foot drag wheelie. It also allows me to go further distances riding for hours without having a charge again When Iâm riding around my neighborhood once I was riding for six hours on flat terrain and for the whole time I was out that day.

Awesome customer service and a great product
Let tell you about great customer service. I bought a 10 ah 48 volt battery for a new ebike I was building. When I received it the package was in pretty bad condition. Upon opening the package despite being fully surrounded by high density foam. The shipping company still managed to damage the battery. Although the damage was not terribly severe and I decided to try the battery. After 5 or so minutes the motor would shut off. I assumed that the battery was bad. So I sent BtrPower an email and shortly after got an email back from a representative. I was still checking the bike out and did not respond back immediately. In the meantime I tried a friends battery and had same results. Turned out the brand new bafang display controller was the problem all the time. So the battery was not the problem even though it had slight cosmetic damage I decided to just keep it. So I emailed the BtrPower representative and told them the battery was going to be ok. He insisted that I send pictures of the damage so I did. At this point he ask did I want them to send me a new battery. I replied they did not have to as it was clearly abused during shipping. He insisted again they wanted to make it right. And they did. As far as there batteries go I think they are excellent quality. As far as there customer service goes it is awesome. I have never had anyone go out of there way like they did to take care of something that was clearly not there fault. Thanks Again BtrPowerTHE BATTERYWith the battery at full charge of 54.8 volts my wife made a 25.5 mile ride with voltage ending 48.5 volts. This was done with a Bafang BBS02 that has been programmed and using PAS mode on level 3 using between 25 and 125 watts while riding and occasionally up to 250 watts. With that being said she should get around 45 to 50 miles on a charge. This far exceeds my expectations for a 10 ah 48 volt.

Much better then I expected. For sure I would buy again!
First, let me get the negative out of the way. The item arrived without the discharge and charger port connected, which was disappointing for someone like me who isn't mechanically inclined. However, I was easily able to connect the supplied charger port. It would be nice if they gave you the option to tell them what ports you wanted for your discharge port (they supplied the 50a power-pole but my bike takes the 30 amp). If they give you that option customize connections, I missed it.I have three ebikes and typically purchase my batteries from Luna Cycle and always had a fear of being ripped off from other vendors who sell batteries, but got sick of Luna Cycle always being out of stock. I am so glad they were out of stock because I found a new favorite battery vendor. I ordered the 48v battery but they sent me the 52v battery., 30ah and it was fully charged. It was marked 48v, but I confirmed by testing the battery and charger they are infact 52v (safely charges to 58v before cut off - making it 52v). It was so big it barely fit in my Topeak bag. I am a big Clydesdale rider and me and my bike (Day 6 Samson) likely weigh close to 400lbs, and further, I live in Greater Seattle with lots of hills and as a result, I am very hard on my batteries. The battery shipped from California and reached my house in only a few days after ordering it. This thing is a beast, and way better then any battery I've ever owned, even though this was easily the cheapest battery I've purchased (I paid 489 w/o tax). I've abused this battery looking for a reason to test it out by riding my bike in high peddle assist, using the throttle for long stretches at nearly 30 mph, tackled steep hills, and after 60 miles of riding, I still had 50v (tested with my volt meter). Further, since I was use to using a 48v Luna Whale Shark 17.5 ah, I noticed that not only does this battery have double the range, but my bike feels slightly faster/more responsive (it could be because even though they say the battery is 48v, they actually ship a 52 volt)?
