Yes I use one ounce of Flora Nova per 5 gal of water. Then add my supplements and correct the Ph, then feed my plants.

Q: Is it hard to shake the gallon size bottle. I know it says shake well?

It takes a bit of energy the first time to mix the settled part of the gallon. Each time afterwards it gets easier. I basically shake it when I first start and then pour some of the well mixed solution into a smaller container (QUART SIZE PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A POUR SPOUT). I shake the smaller container every time I use it.

Q: Do you use this product along with the micro???

No. I use this product, along with PH adjustment for the bloom stage. Early in the growing season I use the FloraNova Grow formula.
