We have dark grey and light grey，PVC Backed and Bitumen Back

Q: I just received my order but they don't appear to be self-adhesive. Am I missing something?

the package is come with some adhesive stickers ,but If needed, please use double sided tape(tape is not include).

Q: Does the floor need to be level to use these?

No , we laid ours over top of concrete that isn’t level in some places , you can’t even tell. You can vacuum it and all , and it won’t budge

Q: Can I just place them on my whole bedroom floor without adhesive?

Yes. you can.and the package is also comes with sticky
