Seems great
This is a brand new super thin laptop that was made in 2018, it sold for $1700, I bought it for under $800. It came with a accessory that allowed connections to HDMI, and a standard (non usb-c) flashdrive. The only 2 issues I have with it I knew about before I bought it. 1 the backlite keyboard goes out after 30 seconds of no typing, can find a way around this, yet. The touch pad has no click function, so I have had to learn to use the pad as described. Why is this a problem? I have to learn to learn a new way to click and drop, and every other standard functions I have previously use my mouse for; I am learning still think this machine, at this price is great. Just in case, I bought the extended warranty, still a great machine for the price even with the warranty price added.

I so want to love this ... but I hate it
The pictures don't do this justice, this laptop is THIN. I had this at a restaurant and the waitress said "wow, that's thin". Also despite what some of the professional reviews said, I like the screen and even find that the space on the bottom looks well. It's amazing they got a 14" screen packaged into a laptop that's about the same size as a Dell XPS with a 13.3" screen. But...there the love affair ends. I understand that there are constraints with keyboards in such a small form factor and I'm even okay with the touchpad not having a "click" function, but why oh why would you change the standard querty keyboard? Instead of a back key there are TWO keys, a back key and a DEL key -- one is this less than half key size. There are a few other things like this and overall this is (to me) almost impossible to type on. I've used good and bad keyboards and would rank this simply as one of the worse. On top of that, the LTE worked fine for part of the first night and I haven't been able to get it to connect since -- even to check balance info. Lastly, and I know this is just what it is, but with all of the space they have for the hinge and the screen suspended in "mid air" you'd think they'd at least take advantage of the available air gap space and make it a 2-in-1, instead it can open 180 degrees (which is just weird to me). All in all so disappointed that I have to return it because... I REALLY WANT TO LOVE THIS.

Charging and output port problems
The device started giving charge port problems since September, it comes and go, you remove the charger and wait a while, sometimes after self shutdown due to low or no charge. But has become more common now in just above a year of purchase. This morning, the output port just went blank (I connected an external monitor to be able to view more windows and an external speaker, All just went dead this morning and its been frustrating. In barely over a year. I am not happy with this development.

Pain In The Backside
I typically don't write reviews based on external factors but...I bough this "new" from a FBA seller on Amazon something which I make every effort to avoid for well, obvious reasons. It arrive and the seal is broken and you can tell the box had been re-tapped! Granted the price was significantly lower than Amazon, figured I would give it a go because I need a device that offers 4G LTE which brings me to....How is that when you call Acer tech support that they cannot inform you whether or not this device works with Sprint. The doc on Acer's website states the bands only and says contact your cellular provider. Wait for it, wait for it, of course I call Sprint and they can't tell me unless I provide them with the IMEI, PAIN IN THE BACKSIDE!I am glad I purchased another device that is currently in transit because I was afraid of this. Let alone the fact that this isn't even a 2 in 1, the bar at the bottom of the screen shouldn't exist considering technology and the ridiculous price for 14" i7 8gb at over $1,500+ dollars!

Great buy from USA Supply.
The sound is very so quiet, I can’t understand what is being said or music being played.

Great, when it works
I really wanted to like this computer. Despite not being a powerhouse, the visuals are beautiful, it's incredibly lightweight, and it's surprisingly tough.But.The battery life is NOT as advertised. 8-10 hours? More like 2, max. I also had to send it back TWICE to have its battery refurbished when it stopped charging. The process that was required for this was Byzantine, to say the least. My advice: avoid. It looks pretty and will serve you well for a few months before it craps out, and then you'll be stuck sending it out and getting it back until your warranty ends and Acer says, "Not our problem anymore."
