Q: What type of eraser refills fit this model?

Well, you will expect a nice (yet small) whole for your pocket. Pentel Graphgear 1000 and the pencil from LAMY both have retractable sleeve. None of the Uni's pencil with core rotation mechanism has a retractable sleeve, as far as I can tell from my multiple purchases of Uni pencil. Hope this would help.-LL

Q: How to fix pencil if led gets stuck?

I would suggest taking another piece of led, and while pressing down the top(where you push to get more led), slowly push the new piece of led up the shaft of the pencil. Hope this helps :)

It's not complicated at all. First take off the plastic top, then the eraser, and you should see a small hole allowing for the insertion of lead. Just slip one piece of lead down the opening, then reinsert the eraser/plastic covering. Click a few times until you can see the lead coming out the tip. If you are the type of person who likes to insert their lead "reverse" from the tip, it doesn't work quite well with this pencil.
