I bought this for an inflamed gum as an alternative to antibiotics. These are fantastic. The swelling went down over time and the pain was gone in a day. But there is something else that is an added benefit. I've lost weight. And it has to be a recent combo of only two new things I've added to my diet. Garlinase garlic pills and Manuka honey. I actually have been eating more and still lost weight. Anyway I give this product thumbs up and 5 star.

This brand is very potent. When you open one tab you can smell the "potency". Just make sure you don't take too many everyday like I did too much of something is not good. These are the best compared to any others I have tried.
