Respironics Dream Wear Gel Cushion (Small)

The main advantage of this product, it is that tells you when it is time for a replacement. The blue ring at the under nose valves become white when it is time for a change. It is very comfortable, and the valves fits perfectly the nostrils, so there's no leaks at all.

I really hated using my cpap machine because I had the respironics gel cushion pillow. I didn't want anything to stick into my nose. This was the pillow that fit right under your hose. Problem it is leaked. I'm a side sleeper, so it shifts when on your side. It made noise then. So in January/February I was told that I have iih (intercranal hypertension) and one of the things that hurts it is sleep apnea. I wasn't using my cpap for a couple months. I knew I needed to change something. I came onto Amazon and found this one. Just like mine but fits up your nose. The first night it came, I used it and it works. Doesn't hurt, not uncomfortable, does the job. I had a size S cushion before so I ordered the size S in this one. Keep with your same size. Now I use my machine each night. Just a note that I have light sleep apnea. So sleeping with the cpap or without made me feel no different.

I've ordered 2 of these and once I received the wrong one, but was quickly remedied by Amazon return process. I don't understand how people think they are going to get three of these, you have to read more into the item than just the picture. You receive one of the size you select, but it's still almost half the price of the typical CPAP equipment providers. Will continue to buy if nothing changes. Remember that some people are going to like the use and fit of a certain mask, while others may despise it and prefer something else. Try some different ones until you find what works for you.

Fits right, just wish it was a little bit softer like the cousin ones.

Zero leaks. Super comfortable. I don’t wake up from adjusting for leaks and I think my apap pressure average has gone down because of the 0% leaks. I used to use the full faces mask from dreamwear and could not get used to it.

I am not accustomed to this type of cushion. The nose piece felt too invasive. If you have problems with getting a solid air seal then this fit is for you. The spongy nasal piece gives a snug fit, so air doesn’t leak.

I ordered one of these to try before asking if I can get these with my supporter because I didn't want to be stuck with if if it didn't work. I'm so happy I tried it, not only did I love it but it worked very well!! I have tried alot of masks and nothing worked well but these do. This is all I will use now!!!

This is the real deal for the Phillips resporonic mask / Cpap machine. I needed a source to purchase additional c-pap supplies as insurance will only cover one of these every 6 months through Rotech. Comparing these to Rotech‘a out of pocket purchases these will save you money as well.
