Q: How far away from vegetable seedling plants? And once they sprout, how far away? One person said 6inches another two foot.

They are both correct. I find that if using seeds, you have to move the lamp closer until the seeds start to sprout. Then move further away as the seedlings grow.

Q: How many lumens is this light? The product description only lists the kelvin

Someone posted a video (not still photo) of specs on the box. There, it says 1900 lumens. Elsewhere, I read 1860.

My indoor plants love it. So if your plants adapt to the overall lower light level indoors, I would think they would be ok. These lamps are very bright. Just keep them about 6 inches or less above the plants for the best light.
