Q: Has anyone found a portable tablet stand that will hold a galaxy tab s7 with a turtleskin?

im using one of those triangular shaped pillow style tablet holder, sorry, no help but that.

Q: This silicone case, does it attract dust? Can it get dirty like other types of silicones?

I've had it on my tablet that I use daily and I haven't noticed any dirt or dust.

Q: Does this support the tab8+?

No. The S8+ is larger than S8 and S7, so you need a larger cover for that one. There might be one that size from this manufacturer, but it would be a different item.
