Q: Does anyone think I would have a problem using this in my chainsaw? If now what would be a good ratio. I use husqvarna oil at 2.6 oz/gallon now.

Works great in chainsaws and other hand held equipment! 2.56oz oil to gallon would be 50:1 ratio, you could continue to use that in most equipment.

Q: will this oil work on injection systems?

It might, but it's not supposed to used in oil injection situations. Premix only.

Q: Will this mix well with methanol for use in model aircraft engines?

Yes, mixes well with methanol, says so on the label. I use both Klotz Techniplate and Super Techniplate in methanol fuels.
