Q: I just received my bottle and it had absolutly no directions on it, just warnings about not getting in your eyes or on you or you pets. How do I use?

I just sprayed it all over my carpet, couch, and the dogs bedding. If you have an indoor dog I suggest you put her/him behind a gate for half an hour until it dries. I bathed and blow dried my dog so by the time I was done doing that she was free to run all over the place again. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you spray it on your clothes?

Not sure if you can spray on clothing. I have sprayed it on carpet though with not staining.

Phenothrin 0.4%, Pryproxyfen 0.015%, Piperonyl Butoxide 1%, Other Ingredients 98.59%

Q: Is this safe around the kitchen, ie, do I need to cover pots, dishes, etc.

no I would not use it in the kitchen. I use borax or baking soda spread around under the sink and around the edges. It is safe on clothes, carpet and furniture which is how I use it most of the time.
