6 Kids Fitness Workouts Fit Kids [DVD] [2008] [US Import]

Bought for my daughter she's 8 year old and she's really enjoyed the workouts!!!! She's found them easy to follow and kept her interested

This is a great DVD for kids which is why I am giving it 3 stars and not none. I bought it for school so I could do some extra fitness with my class but it does not work! I tried it in a few of the school computers and it keeps coming up as a blank CD. Maybe it just doesn't work on Macs, because it does work on my computer at home. In any case, I am really disappointed because the whole purpose was to do it with my kids at school. So if you have a Mac, I would reconsider.

Children thoroughly enjoy this collection of workouts - brilliant for getting them involved and helping to keep them fit. Oh and passing adults seem unable to resist the temptation to join in, too!

Bought this as an extra to compliment PE lessons. Kids absolutely love it. So do I. It's 'cool' for older kids to enjoy too (12 year olds) Kids get a good workout and love choosing which one they want to do next.

Despite being very American this is a good, fun workout. We use this in an after school club with junior school kids and they love it, even the boys. Each work out it themed, some 5 mins and and some 10 mins long and never too difficult. Even the adults join in!
