I noticed this item had an exceptional review in a skin tag mole removing tool, and tried it .....
I noticed this item had an exceptional review in a skin tag mole removing tool, so thought I would try it ....and was not disappointed. Great value, compared to others costing an utter fortune, 30 needles for small items to be removed, and 2 large pit needles for larger items which are re-useable.Having charged the item using the USB cable, turned it on, and set it on strength 2 to start with (settings are 1 to 9), and when I pressed go, the item gave a small electric burning arc, but very very small, and there certainly was a smell of burning effected skin, so would suggest start low at 1 or 2, I have to admit, I cant imagine what strength 9 is like, as strength 3 was sufficient. The effected area will eventually scab up, and then the area will fall off, to leave a tiny scar which will heal in time. Really nice presentation box, and I have to say, I am impressed with the technology behind it - I read in the leaflet that it is some form of plasma arc, which sounds impressive in itself. Obviously try it first for a minute, and dont use a high setting, just test it accordingly till you feel happy with the items and its' use.

Good device, but be careful. Also, durability is questionable.
As I have gotten older I have started to get more skin tags and seborrhoeic warts. Both are benign and can be removed. I looked at chemicals and freezing, but this device appealed to me due to the needle-like precision. It essentially creates a tiny electrical arc that cauterises the upper surface of the skin. The drawback to doing this at home, is you have to be 100% sure what it is you're removing. I went to my GP and they confirmed what they were. I then imaged the areas with a USB microscope to compare to anything that may appear in the future.I removed tags and a seborrhoeic wart from my neck area and they healed perfectly. However, the device failed after doing around 90% of the work, leaving a small untreated area. The seller sent me a replacement device.Recently, I opted to let my GP remove a seborrhoeic wart from my face area. I was expecting 'expert level' removal, but all the GP did was spray on liberal amounts of a foam-based freezing agent, which went all over. So I had 15-20mm of burns to treat a 7mm area. I personally think I could have done a better job with this device. In summary, my device failed after light use (it refused to charge or turn on). So durability is questionable. When it works, it works well and is very precise. I recommend buying a pack of alcohol wipes with it. I imagine if you're clumsy with it, and burn too deeply, you could scar your skin. Having said that, I would hardly class my GP's efforts 'non-scarring'.It's worth noting that I purchased mine at £23 and they are now £13. If you spend £13 on one of these and it only does 2-3 treatments, that's still pretty good value compared to other limited solutions such as freezing agents (which are expensive). I'll continue to use mine but do so in the knowledge that there is a risk attached. If you are intent on the DIY approach, like me, just be sure you know 100% what it is you're tackling.

Almost unbelievable
After reading ALL the reviews and watching many YouTube videos I tried it and I'm happy with it.I did two small ones on my arm. It didn't hurt. I think I did go to deep into my skin(setting 8) because the second day of healing it looked like I had two small holes in my skin which I didn't want but as it healed it smoothed out and I'm curious to see where it will be in a week with some scar cream. It does look bad having large scabs where people inject needles...and I plan to use this on my face and I don't want it to go bad, obviously. I expect to have a bandaid on for at least a month. I'm ok with having scars on my face that I can heal with scar cream over time. Moles feel like poopy genetics that can make people feel ugly. Scars are from life experiences and if I can turn a mole into a scar I can treat overtime then I don't see why I shouldn't end this unwanted insecurity. The last photos are after 5 days healing. I read acne cream for scars works great so I'd recommend that for everyone as a must have addition.I'm going to see how long it takes my arm to heal before I try it on my face.I went 28 years with unwanted moles unwillingly effecting my mood and relationships with people. I'm glad to see them gone and I'm surprised it cost so little vs a doctor (which don't offer much except a large bill and mole cancer testing) (after using this I don't worry about cancer moles because they've been vaporised and don't exist anymore)I was frustrated watching the YouTube videos on this because they where shot poorly and had bad before and after evidence. I'm going to make one. It will take some time but I'll link it here eventually. The device is good quality. I'm glad I went for this one because it has a light on it.Anyone trying this all I can say is get hand sanitizer (it's cheap,Lidl, aldi) and take it slow.As for tattoo removal, I'm really not sure it can do it as stated briefly in the description and instructions provided. The photo review here of someone with a large black tattoo looks fake. The instructions even say it can't do large tattoos.

So disappointed
Used it the same day it arrived (last friday) and removed (or started to remove) 5 moles. Great, it worked. Easy to use. Didn’t appear to work with the larger needle, but I didn’t worry as it was effective with the small disposable ones. It did occasionally take a while for it to start burning the mole off, but I think the button was a jammed. Again, didn’t worry to much as it was doing the job.Got it out last night to try and zap a different area of moles. And nothing. Can not get it to work.Really really disappointed.

Was okay on first use but wouldn’t charge 2 years later
This product was easy to use, I am cautious by nature and did things in stages allowing to heal in between sessions. However 2 years later I wanted to use it again and it simply wouldn’t charge. So durability is an issue.
