It does not say anything about gluten on the bottle. I would not think that there is anything in the vanilla that would have gluten in it. it is mostly water, alcohol and artificial flavors

Q: what's the size of the bottle? The description says 8oz but on the picture it's 2oz.

The picture doesn't look the same as the bottle I received. I received an 8 ounce bottle.

Q: Anybody use this for royal icing? I understand there can not be any oil based flavoring in royal icing. Does anyone know is this can be used?

I used it years ago and did not have any problems with it.
