Q: Hello. can we fit a large mug for a normal long coffee / americano ? the picture only shows small nespresso cups. thanks

You can remove the drip tray to fit a mug underneath.

Q: When i fill the coffee compartment and then turn it on the water spills out the sides Am i doing something wrong? Haven't used the machine in ages t.

You might be pressing the coffee too hard or the holes might be obstructed, therefore the water might not be flowing smoothly

Q: Mine is 2 years old, and the wand steam seems to be too hot and is boiling my milk rather than frothing it - anyone solved this? It’s kept clean. TY
