High Quality
Unlike the one that I previously bought and returned; this one is high quality. Sturdy. Height and depth are appropriate for my purpose. It's expensive, but the quality is good.

Well-built, effective. Highly recommend.
Excellent quality. Solid, not flimsy. This tool is for sifting dry things, such as soil on an archeological dig (you'll need varying mesh sizes) or to sift out bran and germ from fresh-milled flour. In the comments, some gripe that the screen pops out when pressing foods through the mesh. Well of course it will. It is not designed for pureeing food. The OXO food mill is the go-to for puree.

Super fine
This was fine enough to sit out bran from whole wheat flour.

Very sturdy
Sieve is very well made. One minor flaw where the weld seam was polished down. Other than that, it’s very well made. I don’t have any doubt that this will last for many, many years.

Damaged but still happy with it
Nice item. 4 star because it was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived dented. Still usable, but disappointing.

Excellent sifter
I am using this sifter to separate the junk from the magnetic shavings found on my property using a magnetic rolling debris collector. Dumping the debris in this sifter and removing the nails, wires, and other large metallic items then sifting the remains gives me a very clean pile of metallic shavings which is the main reason I purchased this item - works perfectly and seems to be holding up well.

Very sturdy and does the job
Basically, it does what I need it to do and I anticipate it being a part of my kitchen for as long as I own my grain mill. A downside is that it is really difficult to use for very long by hand, and actually gave me a bruise from the way that I held it. I've learned to modify my hold. It was created for a machine sifter but because of the quality of the item and the resulting flour it is worth it to me to use by hand.
