Sleek and sturdy soap dispenser
Very good quality. Have been using it for the last 3 days and so far so good. No leaks at all. The only issue I had was getting the dispenser to work for the very first time. It took me a minute to realise that the pump needed to be printed to work correctly, or in other words the air trapped inside had to be released. To prime it, I had to press the button and suck out the soap similar to how we drink juice from a straw. The dispenser works like a charm now. Very sleek. Highly recommended.

Works well. Looks good.Product installation required drilling. And there is no manual.The mechanism to refill soap is complex (we need to use a strange plastic key to wedge a plastic tab very close to the wall, I assume this because there is no manual)I hope it doesn't end up break the product. Sliding mechanism would have been simpler.

Product return request..
I couldn't fix the dispenser cuzz of time constraints but now that I'm trying to fix, I see that the spring or the button at the bottom for dispensing the hand wash isn't working, also thr are 2 small broken pieces frm inside the dispenser which fell off and the hand wash is all over the bathroom tiles. I want to return the product but there is no option here. I need help here.

Product quality is good but cover lid open after pressing bottom knob. need to improve this defect.

Hi.. might due to parts faulty it was not working seller has worked upon n resolve very awesomely. .. the same resolved. I kept ealier review comment below so that anyone can understand their response n support.. great..5 star // Pathatic. .don't take with its outer look. . I ve purchased with its look for my new home prior my puja but yesterday after puja I have installed.. it is leaking...continuously... now what to do.. I can not refund as date over.. but Atleast u guys don't get same issue what I felt ... let's see whether seller will have any view on that or not..If it will be genuine seller he suppose to contact me.Sandip/ 9230100182/

Bought it for my new bathroom.. Added to its decor.. It is easy to install.. It is strong.. Found it great.. Found no leakage... Happy with the product..will buy more
