It's a five-star top. The instructions, not so much.
The top must be reviewed separate from the instructions. I say this as the top is well worth the money I spent - I wish I had purchased it sooner - but the instructions are confusing at best. The top was difficult to get on at first. Everyone says that you should wait for a really hot day so that the top stretches. Having installed the top on a weekend where the temperatures were nice and comfortable, and then dropped when I was stretching the top to close it, I have to agree. But when I got it on it looked beautiful - like a totally different jeep. I am so happy that I went with the twill. Makes the jeep look new again (2012). And having lived with it on my daily driver I can say that the top is easy to use, fits wonderfully, does not leak, and is all around the best investment I have made on the jeep so far. Just plan a day to install the top and take your time. Once you understand what you need to do, it is easy.Okay, so, the instructions. Read them. Then, open up YouTube and watch the instructions from Bestop. About 10-15 minutes in you will notice that they don't follow the same instructions. The mechanics are the same - screw this in, pull this over, etc. - but the order in which you do them is not. Then, look for other videos about the installation. Everyone seems to have done it a little differently. I didn't watch the videos closely before attempting installation. I did check out the official Bestop installation video just to confirm it was something I could do. Then I was confused midway through the actual installation and figured I would check the video on my phone for help. Nope, they didn't follow the same order so I ended up going in the house and watching it on my laptop so that I could fast forward through it easier, until I could find the piece I was wondering about. In the end it took four hours to install it.TL;DR - installation instructions confusing but product superior.

Outstanding product with so-so installation instructions
I bought my '15 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this past December and it drove off the lot with a hardtop. The hardtop is a great option for winter driving in Ohio, but not so much for summer driving when you want to take advantage of all the JK has to offer. After significant research, and prior experience with a YJ equipped with a soft top, I finally selected the Bestop Supertop NX for my baby. It had me at lifetime warranty. I found the top available at many retailers, but Amazon offered the best shipping option and the same price (all listed at MSRP), so I pulled the trigger as the weather turned favorable. The package arrived at my doorstep two days later. Be advised that someone had to be home to accept the delivery. I was itching for a day away from the office so I had no problem taking off.The top sat in my garage for several weeks as all my weekends were booked with soccer games and get together's. I finally found the time to install the top two weeks ago. I opened the box, reviewed the parts list, confirmed everything had been received, and I then neatly organized the parts and hardware. The instructions mention that this is a moderately 'hard' job with three of four stars that will take 4+ hours. I had read some reviews here on Amazon that complained about a 6 hour install. I started the project at 8:30PM in my driveway seeing as there weren't that many parts. I consider myself above average in the handy department and an Engineering degree hangs on my wall. I am also an optimist and after reading that sentence I guess I am a little pompous as well. There was at least an hour and a half of daylight left when I started which by my expert calculations left me with about 10 minutes to enjoy a beer watching the sunset over my Jeep with a sweet new soft top. You probably know where this is going...the beer never happened. After removing the hard top I began looking at the instructions in more detail. They are bad. I feel comfortable saying that knowing that whoever created them won't be reading this because they left Engineering and went into Finance immediately upon completing their first summer internship at Bestop. I have a feeling these were assigned to the poor guy/gal on the Friday afternoon of his/her last day before heading back to a kegger in Boulder. The instructions rely on pictures which I appreciate, but the instructions don't bother explaining much about the illustrations. At least it tells you that the picture is of the 'right side'. Plan on spending about 20 minutes on each page making sure you are using the correct part and another 10 minutes carrying the task out. It would have been easier if the parts were marked/tagged in some way, but I didn't notice anything on any of the parts in my kit. The biggest time sink came when the support arms were to be fastened to the material piece. It calls for four screws per side and I could find only two. I was missing the step where you had to remove two pre-installed screws to uncover the additional mounting holes. In hindsight this step is technically illustrated, but some sort of descriptive heads up would have saved me some time and frustration. The install was much easier after that step was completed, but by that time I was relying on an LED light to find my way around the inside of the Jeep. I wrapped the job up at about 12:45 which is 15 minutes longer than suggested if you're keeping track. I guess the suggested time for install was the most accurate part of the description. A bit of the issue is on me for starting so late in they day when I knew I wasn't going to have access to my garage. Now, most importantly, the soft top is very nice. The materials are heavy, of high quality and feel really durable. The windows are both thick and pliable. The black interior side of the top looks much more finished than other tops I have seen and the canvas is soft to the touch inside and out. It appears to be manufactured in Mexico which I can live with. The operation is straight forward and can be done with just a single person. I parked next to a Jeep with a standard top and this one blows it away. I highly recommend the top to anyone with the only warning being to set aside the appropriate amount of time.
